Policies

CANCELLATIONS

You will see a cancellation policy when you book. Be sure to read through it thoroughly before accepting. 


All cancellations require a 48 notice. 


NO  CALL/NO  SHOWS

You will be charged 100% of service for any no call no show. 


ARRIVING  LATE  TO  YOUR  APPOINTMENT

Your  appointment  starts  and  ends  at  the  time  that  it  is  scheduled.  Please  be  on  time  to  your  appointment  to  ensure  full  service  time.  The  amount  of  the  service  does  not  changed  based  on  your  arrival  time.  


CHILDREN  IN  THE  STUDIO

Please  schedule your  appintments  around  your  child  care.  


At  Lash  does  not  allow  children  in  the  lobby  or  service  rooms.  


ANIMALS  IN  THE  STUDIO

At  Lash  does  not  allow  any  pets  in  the  studio.    


CLIENT  MAINTENANCE 

You  will  get  all   the  information  you  will  need  to  understand  all  your  lash  maintenance .  This  policy  will  be  discussed  at  your  first  appointment. 


REFUNDS

At  Lash  has  a  zero  refund  policy.  In  the  unfortunate  event  you  might  be  allergic,  we  will  offer  you  a  free  removal.  


GIFT  CARDS  

All  policies  apply  to  gift  cards.  


What to expect from your appointment/What your artist will need from you

You  will  enter  the  studio  with  a  code  that  is  sent  to  you  after  booking  online.  


 In your prep email you will also receive what to do when entering the studio. There are snacks and refreshments  available for  you, a beauty bar in the back for  you  to  use   before and/or  after  your  appointment  and  a restroom  in  the  back  left  corner  of  the  studio.  


Your  artist  will  be  out  at  the  time  of  your  appointment  to  get  you.  Please  silence  all  cell  phones  and  take  calls  outside  as  there  are  other  artists  performing  services  in  the  building.  


When  your  artist  comes  out  to  get  you,  you will  head  into  the  service  room.  When  inside  we  will  discuss  and  customize  your  lash  set  and  go  over  important  information.


After  your  appointment,  your  artist  will  go  through  all  the  aftercare  and  answer  any  questions  you  may  have.  


We  will  go  over  products  as  well.    



WHAT  WE  ASK  OF  OUR  CLIENTS


-Please  limit  caffeine  intake.  (coffee,  tea,  sudafed,etc.)

-Please  try  not  to  wear  mascara  48  hours  prior  to  appointment.  

-Wash  your lashes  thoroughly  the  night  before  and  the  morning  of  your  appointment.

-Please  arrive  on  time  to  receive  your  full  service  time.  

-Bring  headphones to  listen  to  your  favorite  podcast,  book  or  music.  (Your  artist  will  be  wearing  head  phones  as  well.)

There  is  relaxing  music  station  playing  in  the  studio  that  you  can  also  enjoy.    Talk  is  very  limited  during  appointments  as  your  eyes  will  need  to  be  as  still  as  possible.

-Take  this  time  to  unwind.  Enjoy  a  lash  nap  and  take  some  time  to  yourself.  





Booking

All booking goes through my site. We like to give you the option to take a look when you’re free  to  do  so.  


Each  service  will  have  a  short  detailed  explanation  with  it.  Please  read  through  each  to  decide  what  works  best  for  you.


At  your  first  service,  we  will  sit  together  and  discuss  what  will  work  best  for  your  schedule  and  budget  along  with  the  maintenance  requirements.      



 If  you  are  booking  a  full  set you  must  disclose  if  you  are  using  a  gift  card  in  the  notes  in  order  for  it  to  be  applied  that  day.
